EB/Streymur are based in Streymnes in the Faroe Islands, and were formed as a merger in 1993 between Eiðis Bóltfelag, who were founded in 23 February 1913, and Streymur, founded in 1976. EB/Streymur were top of the league on this day, and HB were third.
